What is DORA?
A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) allows patrons ages 21 and older to purchase an alcoholic beverage from an approved, liquor-permitted establishment, then sip, stroll, shop, and explore within the designated boundaries.

Temporary Vendors
Temporary vendors are eligible to sell DORA beverages within the boundaries.
To become a vendor you must obtain the following:

Guidelines

Patrons 21+ are welcome to enjoy the DORA district.

The DORA district can be utilized Sunday - Saturday from 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

DORA beverages must be served in the DORA-approved cup.

Patrons can not carry DORA beverages into another establishment that serves alcoholic beverages.

DORA beverages must remain within the DORA boundaries.

Alcoholic glass containers are not permitted in the DORA boundaries.

Possessing an open container of alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle may constitute a Class C infraction under IC 9-30-15(3).

Patrons may not carry DORA beverages into a merchant's business unless the owner approves. Please look for approved signage indicating beverages are welcome.
Participating Merchants
Before entering an establishment with a DORA beverage. Look for the Greensburg DORA-approved signage at the entrance.
DORA beverages can not be carried into other establishments that serve alcohol.

Boundary Signs
Signs can be found along the boundaries of the DORA district to indicate the end of the district.
