The Hyett Palma Action Agenda
In 2004-2005, the City of Greensburg, with the help of a group of community leaders, Hyett Palma Inc., and the Indiana Associations of Cities and Towns (IACT) established guidelines for the revitalization of their downtown district. Included is a marketing study for the area, relating the retail and service needs for the community. The report is available for downloading below. All files are in PDF format.
The Downtown Greensburg Revitalization Plan, Phase 2
In 2008 Greensburg completed a specialized engineering plan, focusing on aesthetics, public safety and infrastructure improvements. These blueprints continue to be a guide for progress in our downtown, and Main Street Greensburg will be working, with your help, to deliver what the public has requested.
Information was gathered through a 3-day workshop held in the City, consisting of interviews, tours, and general public input.
